1. Description of Service

SconzoFit is a personal fitness tracking application that allows users to log workouts, track nutrition, monitor daily steps, follow guided core sessions, and access an AI-powered coaching assistant. Features vary by subscription tier.

2. Account Registration

• •You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• •You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering.
• •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• •You may not create accounts for the purpose of abuse, spam, or circumventing restrictions.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features (including the AI Coach) require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• •You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• •You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• •We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• •Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

4. AI Coach — Not Medical Advice

The AI Coach feature provides general fitness and nutrition suggestions based on the information you log. This is not medical advice. The AI Coach is not a licensed physician, dietitian, or certified personal trainer. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, changing your diet, or if you have a medical condition. SconzoFit is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome arising from acting on suggestions made by the AI Coach.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the application.
• •Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• •Share your account credentials with others.
• •Use the AI Coach to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

6. Your Data

You own the fitness and nutrition data you enter into SconzoFit. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used solely to operate and improve the service. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and features of SconzoFit are the property of Denis Sconzo / SconzoFit. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

SconzoFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SconzoFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or health-related outcomes.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data may be deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
